Wish it was "not me"

I have some things I want to blog about because it is therapeutic and it helps me to put things in perspective if I write about it. Yesterday's sermon has me really thinking and needing to search scripture so hopefully tonight will offer some time for that. So in the mean time look what I wish I was not having to do.

My mom loved LOVED did I say loved jewelry. So the sorting begins. Thanks to Ashley for laying it out for me.

So I wish it was "not me" having to go through my moms jewelry. I truly do.

I love when sermons get me thinking! I like the 7x7 litte picture! Going without reading your Bible and praying for 7 days makes one "weak" I bet you have heard that one. I hope you have a wonderful day.

May God provide you with time to search the scriptures, and find answers.

Your mom had lots of jewelry. It seems like a very large task to go through, and sort it all out. I'll say a prayer for you as you take this task on.

May God Bless You...

I found you when I was looking around other blogs. I'm a tongue cancer survivor. I'm so glad you are doing good. I hate the "C" word. It's taken so many on my husband's side of the family, but only one other person on my side has had cancer.

I am so sorry Diane! The only comfort would be that your Mom would want you to go through her jewelry! I hope you get through it ok!!

Have a great weekend!

Been there, done that and it was not fun. I had 2 sisters to help so I was not alone.

My Granddaughters now wear some of my Moms jewelry. They have even worn it to the prom. My Mom would love that, she was very into her family.

Following you from Friday Follow over 40. When You get a chance, I hope you can stop by and follow me back. Terry

It's been a few years since my mom's parents passed away and it's still hard for her to go through some of their things. There are so many memories and feelings to sort out along with the things.
